Bylaws are the formal rules that cover BTQs purpose, membership, decision‑making, roles, conduct, and how those rules can be changed.

Bylaws are binding for members of the association. A failure to abide by any bylaw may result in the suspension or termination of your membership at the discretion of the Management Committee.
