If you get rid of the stabling yards at Cabo you’d have a fair bit more room. You’d obviously have to find a new place up north to stable trains, and I think the Lower King Street overpass might be a problem, but the station footprint itself could be substantially larger fairly easily compared to somewhere like Burpengary
That a development of that scale (and it’s one of many), can be approved and have public transit as an after-thought, is a total scandal!
