Professor Peter Newman thinks the next version of Metronet should service country areas better. I suppose they have the money to build a smaller scale version of V/Line, with Mandurah being their Geelong, Albany being their Mildura/Warrnambool, and Bunbury to Margaret River being their Gippsland/Ballarat/Bendigo.
