Sounds like a great initiative.
Most of the content of the submission was to create federal co-ordinating organisations or forums. An interesting idea to explore would be to expand forums such as Austroads to be about Transport in general (e.g. incorporate PT into these).
This would be easier than to create a new parallel structure and more holistic views of a transport system rather than seeing things as modal.
I think we need to let them know about RBOT and our continuation of its work.
