Great news everyone! The office of fair trading has accepted our application to become an incorporated association. We are now officially Better Transport Queensland Inc.! We look forward to serving the community as we strive to improve public and active transport around Queensland.
A huge shout out to @ezekial who put the application together and sent it off for approval.

This is a major achievement and will ensure the RBOT legacy is carried forward with the proper legal privileges and protections going forward. Huge shout out to members of the Management Committee team and the Treasurer for preparing this application and the motions/resolutions required to enable it.
