Key Components of the Lippitt-Knoster Model
The model identifies six critical components necessary for successful change:

  • Vision
  • Consensus
  • Skills
  • Incentives
  • Resources
  • Action Plan

When all these components are present, change initiatives are more likely to succeed. However, if any component is missing, the model predicts specific negative outcomes.
