Adding on from the extension of the SouthEast Busway, I am proposing a new Busway for Logan.
Stage 1a would see it extended next to the M1 from Springwood to the Slacks Creek Park and ride which would become a busway station. Stage 1b would basically continue that to the Logan Hyperdome to the bus station there. Then stage 2 will go from the Hyperdome and go across to the upgraded Loganlea Station. This will also be good for access to the hospital there too and will allow family members of patients be able to quickly nip to the shops to get some food and essentials. Also in addition, we would also have the busway go beyond loganholme to connect to the Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road which would be good for buses connecting the southern part of the Redlands to Logan, where they can either dump passengers at Loganlea station or continue along the Logan Busway and onto the South Eats Busway into Brisbane.
This is just a concept I have.
