I thought 25 KV was the national standard but it looks like they have redefined it again.
It is 25kV AC - but obviously there is a lot more to a standard than that detail. It’s good, because a standard should mean High Speed Rail can in principle use some of the existing suburban networks’ electrification system without modification.
