Yep. While there are specifics of OP’s proposal I might do differently, NTWC as an express bypass into CRR is no longer relevant, I think. This is because CRR as constructed doesn’t have the tunnel stubs to support going straight to Alderley from Roma St.

I do think there are some open questions for heavy rail under Gympie Rd:

  1. Why not a real metro? e.g line 2 as found in Brisbane Subway-Metro ideas
  2. How much worse is the Northside-Airport connection? (Not too much worse, with an Albion junction.)
  3. What’s the BCR vs surface six-tracking to Eagle Junction and quadding Northgate to Petrie?
