Dear members and friends of Better Transport Queensland Inc.,
The time has come for our next General Meeting.
The purpose of this meeting will be to ratify the next version of our Policy Platform, and also to consider potential constitutional amendments (before the AGM later in the year).
We’ll meet on the 26th September, from 5pm to 7:30pm in the New Farm Library. While not part of the formalities, I also hope you’ll join us for dinner afterwards.
If you have a constitutional amendment you’d like to put, please ensure it is in my hands by midnight on 11th September so that I can distribute it with 14 days’ notice. Constitutional amendments are Special Resolutions of the Association.
Current Financial members will also be sent an email with this notice, the draft Policy Platform and a link to a prioritisation poll.
