I’m often on full metro services turning away people. Its pretty bad from 2:45pm to 3:45pm on the southbound M2 services from QUT kelvin grove. Massive combination of students from KGSC and QUT Kelvin grove along with the start of end of shift times for alot of the non medical staff at the hospitals in herston. Grammar school kids at normanby have no chance and usually have to pile on a 345, 333, 340 or 330.

I remember with the EMUs kids used to pee between carriages when they just had the exposed heavy material sides.
Imagine if it was just an actual light rail lol. They’re going to battle this for a long while on a pretty effective trunk route.
Some would smoke in the inter-carriage areas, too.
