I didn’t think so, but I wasn’t prepared to call that out..
I’m a bit disappointed that they aren’t using their own trains on their PR material..

KGS-City Hall toilets now close at 4pm, instead of 7:30pm 
Not to mention that they only consist of one urinal, and one restroom - which always looks unreasonably dirty 
You would expect that they have all-round operational hours (till late) given how much council has invested into Brisbane Metro .-.

To play devils advocate, are we sure this is a regular occurance, and not a one off closure as a result of someone making a mess in there or potential vandalism?
Personally, I would generally opt to go in City Hall if that option is available. The toilets in there are quite nice in both overall design and cleanliness, in my experience at least.
