Medical emergency at Eagle Junction platform 4 has all trains using Platform 1 & 2.
The passengers on board the train to Kippa Ring had to deboard and wait for the next train which made for a crowded platform

Last northbound 587 of today was run by a diesel bus. Thought it was an exclusively ebus-operated route?
It has a mixed fleet.
Logan Coaches only has two Gemilang BYD buses which would be enough to run the 587 with the prior timetable, but with the newer one they’re running the route with B8RLE Optimus units as well.
Every once in a while a very rare MAN 18.320 MCV Elite appears to do some runs as well, and that one has full translink ticketing and IT equipment.

Update: Beenleigh line trains travelling away from Central running express Boggo Road/Park Road to Yeerongpilly due to a signalling issue. To disembark at Yeronga, Fairfield or Dutton Park, catch train travelling towards Central.

Was this due to track closures? Translink site had trains terminating at Roma St. Nothing about them travelling via the Tennyson loop.

I saw a picture the other day about showing a Maroon Glider with PIDs. Looks like 2037 has it as desto font has changed.

Pretty much all of the Optimus used on the 777 have their information screens dead or inoperative.
The Consat systems on the driver’s side of things does work fine at least.

Yeah, that makes no sense. Over-running the platform, I could understand, as they have to get permission to reverse etc, but falling short, surely you just continue to the platform??

I was on that train and they had manual announcements at Roma Street stating it being 10 mins late then I checked the app and it was highlighted there too
