This is a hobbyist design afaik. I don’t think it’s official.
I was aware it was not an official translink/QR design. I thought I had read somewhere Translink/QR showed interest in this design and there were discussions had ? It’s an easy to read layout so can see the benefits over the current model.

I had sent my designs to Queensland Rail for consideration and I am unaware as to the level of interest they have in implementing them, but last time I spoke with them providing my updated designs they replied with the following:
“Hi ___, thanks for getting in touch again to share your updated concepts - your forward thinking and attention to detail is impressive!
Thanks for being so engaged and for contributing ideas that help push things forward 
”
